If you want to see Zagreb from a different perspective and spend a day in nature, this is the right tour for you.

We start the day with a funicular ride. It takes 20 minutes and you will enjoy a panoramic view of Zagreb.
When we reach the top, it's time for a short coffee/tea break with a view of the other side of the mountain - the hilly area called Zagorje.On a good day, we can even see the Slovenian Alps!
The walking part of the tour is mostly downhill.
On the way to the Medvedgrad castle, we will pass a traditional mountain hut, where we will take a short break. Medvedgrad Castle is an important place in the history of Zagreb and another point from which you can enjoy a view of the city. The tour ends in Šestine, where you can try local specialities in the restaurant “Šestinski lagvić”. After the meal, we will take a taxi and return to your hotel.


The Medvednica Mountain

with its highest peak Sljeme (1,035 m), provides a panoramic view of metropolitan Zagreb, the Sava and the Kupa valleys, and the region of Hrvatsko Zagorje. 

The old Medvedgrad

a recently restored medieval burg built in the 13th century, represents a special attraction of Medvednica hill. It overlooks the western part of the city and also has the Shrine of the Homeland, a memorial with an eternal flame.

CANCELLATION POLICY
 
For cancellation up to 24 hours before departure, the organizer will charge 100% of the price.
For cancellation up to 48 hours before departure, the organizer will charge 50% of the price.
For cancellations over this period, the organizer will not charge the cancellation costs.
The organizer reserves the right to cancel a customer's booking for a full refund in case of bad weather and not enough travelers.
